VIGOROUS LIFESTYLES
was established to:

  1. work with government, business and local groups to design, develop and
    implement realistic health and fitness strategies;
  2. work with individuals to help them reach and maintain optimum levels of fitness
    and health, throughout their lives.

Health care systems across the country are desperately struggling to meet ever
increasing demands.  Over the long term, the most effective way to improve the quality of life for all Canadians and control rapidly escalating healthcare costs is to help people take better care of themselves. Incorporating appropriate vigorous physical activity into everyday life is vital for all age groups. Lifestyle changes are always complex but achievable with knowledge, skill and perseverance.

Malcolm Farrow is a force for change and has a proven record of developing and implementing practical strategies. He can get things done.  He has achieved significant results in his many professional and personal endeavours. He is an excellent motivational speaker, and enjoys working with groups and individuals who want to make a difference in their lives.
